Hard cover, perforated pages, grid like layout. Great for what I use it for.

Only concern I have is since the pages are perforated, when pages get folded constantly, I believe they will weaken and possibly come out over time.
Look for 390F book if you wanted no perforated pages. Only difference is that particular one is journal style lines instead of the universal style.

This product is the same quality as all the other RITR stuff I have grown to love and use continuously but one thing the description leaves out (or that I didn't see) is that the pages are all perforated.  A little disappointing for a hard bound book I planned on archiving because frequent turning of the pages is causing them to easily disconnect at the perforation.
