Not As Advertised June 28, 2019
Reviewer: James
I bought this product to use as a field sketchbook. These notebooks are supposed to work with "ALL PENCILS", but pencil marks can be wiped off with a dry finger. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a substitute notebook with the original Rite In The Rain paper, free of charge. I would not recommend this product unless you absolutely need to write while underwater or you use the special pen sold by the manufacturer. The paper itself is very durable.

I would also prefer that they had an actual spiral binding instead of the Wire-O binding, because the Wire-O binding can come undone if you store a pen inside it. The Wire-O binding also uses square holes which are not as tear-resistant as round holes.

I've used rite-in-the-rain products for quite some time for field work and have been thoroughly satisfied every time.  When a friend mention he needed to write under water I was please to find that exact product and quickly sent him one.

You should wait or give the option for people to use your product before you ask for a review of it?  I suggest that you send an email with an option to review later (e.g. 1mo., 3mo., 6mo....).  You could ask if it was received and how the shopping experience was, but leave a product review for later, so people can use it in the field first.
